does anyone know how to use omni clean for drug test?

i have 3 16 oz extra strength omni clean drinks and i might have a dt coming up and ive heard different things to do.somehwere i read you drink it and then fill the thing with water and drink that and your clean for 5 hours or something but somewhere else i read you have to drink it and drink alot of water and then piss 3 times before the actual test to get all the toxins out or something.anyone know or had experience with it???
