Do you think I'll be drug tested?

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by Shmerk, Jun 9, 2017.

  1. So basically a year ago I got convicted with charges of possession of marijuana, trespassing, and fleeing. All misdemeanors. Over the past year I have been working to get these charges off of my record. I went to rehab and have completed 100 hours of community service. My court date is in a few weeks now to see if I have completed my requirements. I'm sure if I haven't then I'll get probation or jail time I'm not sure, but my question is will I get drug tested in court? I wouldn't think so considering the insane amount of stuff I have already done to get these charges erased, but I'm not sure. Thanks!

  2. Anyone got a clue?

  3. DO NOT RISK IT!

it's highly unlikely, but then again, if they do for some reason and you smoked, you are going to jail and EVERYTHING you have done up til this point will most likely amount to jack shit. That's what happened to me...

EVERYTHING you have done is predicated on remaining sober and it's DEFINITELY a possibility that they will test you. Stuff like this can change from county to county, let alone state to state. Play it SAFE, not worth throwing away everything you've done even if it's a small chance.
