Sadly, I’ve done it many.. many.. times. I try not to since it is basically tar along with some nice combustion byproducts I don’t want in my lungs. I started buying some cheap ass reggie to keep on hand.

I think the point was that resin is straight tar. Combustion is bad all together but I'm sure that's pretty bad.

 

ive seen people black out with resin knife hits.

 

I haven’t scraped a pipe since I was 16. I use to have the metal chamber pipe and I’d throw a half gram in it and smoke for a month or so through that pipe. Open it up and that bud would be dripping in resin.

You still get tar and various contaminants in your lungs when you inhale the smoke, just at significantly lower quantities. That’s why I wish I could afford to vape. Cartridges are so expensive here.
