Do they drug test after diversion on last court date?

  1. So I finished my drug diversion program in late March and I was assigned a final court date on August 29th. It's rumored that people will get "no bills" in the mail saying they don't have to go to court and that the charges will be dropped. This has happened before to people in the program. I'm just wondering if they don't send me a no bill and I have to go to my final court date, will they drug test me? I have a certificate from the diversion course saying I completed it and I have no probation officer.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum section to post this on, literally signed up to ask this lmao
