I have found that occasionally when I get angry I start breathing really fast and just get an urge to punch myself in the face or punch something. I don't know what this is called or if it is normal for some people.
Yeah i did that today man, started to breath heavily and punched a wall.. don't worry about it, just try and relax or something.
I've got mad anger, and you can either choose to start taking perscriptions or you can learn to cope. Figure which one you prefer.
ok thanks a lot I just didn't know if it was healthy or not to have fast shallow breathing when you get mad. thanks for the help so I don't feel like a psyco.
