I've been reading about cpf's. It seems you get more light with less electricity consumpsion? Does anyone out there use them? And what kind of results are you getting? Thanks, Bubba
After safety and security first, lights come in second. If you cheap out on lights you cheat yourself on bud. All of the tricks and tips posted by folks can't equal what a good set of lights will produce. It may work but put your money into lights, they ALWAYS pay for them selves in the end. try the indoor sun company for the best deal and value on lights on the net
They work well for seedlings/clones in small cabinets,,or when added with 70w hps. I have tested many,,,and have found that in all cases that the colortemp of the tube flouros is much better than the CF's. I had good results in a small cabinet 12"x18"x30" using 1 70w hps, and 2 200/43w CF's....also used a mix of wattages for cloning box with success.. In comparison ...for all around growing CF's can not out perform MH,or HPS..
