Hi. I'm currently working on a capstone project that involves the starting up of a non profit medical marijuana dispensary in California. Also something I'm interested in possible starting. Can anyone point me in the right direction for as much info as I need on all the legalities of starting one based on county, city, state, and federal jurisdiction?
