    I Would start by taking a sketchy ass pic of somebody he cares about(girlfriend, family member etc.) where liks it is obvious you are spying at that person and could take them out in a blink of a eye. Superglue that pic to his windhshield so he has to look at it while driving. Then when you know he is at work get some cop tape and wrap it around his house while he is at work, maybe a chalk outline Or two with the words "is it really worth it" scrawled in the driveway. If for some reason that doesnt work, your going to have to get drastic.
