So, I'm looking to get a digital camera with the sole purpose of taking pictures of chronic. What would be a good digicamera for that in the price range of 100-200 bucks...

My bad. I mean like if im looking at different digital cameras online or in the store or whatever, how do I tell if the camera has capabilities to take macros.. Yeah, im completely new to the digicamera game.... Thanks for the help tho, that looks like a legit camera, for 35 bucks more that's not bad. You have to go to a camera store to get one that nice, or you think they have them at like Walmart/target/etc?
Anything 8mp or more will be good! Also, invest in a cheap tripod!!! Most cameras have some sort of Macro mode on them, the higher MP the better it will be
Look for a flower symbol, thats the option you use to take macros. And I have to agree with AFD a SonyCybershot is a good way to go. I have an older 7.2 MP SonyCybershot and its pretty damn good.
