did this stress my plants too much?

    i have three plants that are a lil over a week old. i started the 18/6 cycle last night. i woke up this morning and the lights weren't on. i figure my cat was playing around the plug and must have unplugged it. from the timer, i could tell it was off for about an hour. will this stress my plants really bad or is it nothing major if i make sure it doesn't happen again?

    ya read some of my older posts my lil plants went through hell from my fuck ups lol
