Did i top & fim correctly

Hey GC I have to bag seed practice plants growing. There 4 weeks 2 days from seed. What is toped one is fimed. Just wondering did I do this correctly. If so which part and when should I top & fim again. The fim plant looks like it's eating itself from the inside does anyone know why? Also if anyone has been time to check out my other threads and answer some questions or give any advice I would really appreciate it Thanks
