definition of a 'stoner'

Someone who would rather hit a bong then drink a beer. Someone who smokes whenever possible, but not necesarily high all the time, during free time always high

 

Just someone that tokes up a lot

 

Someone who smokes pot at least once a week, has gotten ripped off, has gotten hooked up nice, and has a bowl/bong or whatever smoking apparatus suites you.
