  1. My dad's name's William...Call him PILE FOR SHORT.
Yea, a pile of sh*t...Excuse my WILD RETORTS
But WHILE I SORT through these old FILED REPORTS
I'm finding out he didn't fight for his CHILD IN COURT
CHILD SUPPORT is how he shows his CHILD SUPPORT
He wasn't there to ever see his only CHILD IN SPORTS
His SMILE IS FORCED. Lookin like a SMILIN DORK
He was always a sorry dad but worse WHILE DIVORCED
I don't miss him at all...I just BITTERLY HATE THIS
He broke my mom's heart so I want to LITERALLY BREAK HIS
    If I'm a HEATHEN THAT'S FINE. I ain't DELETIN THAT LINE
Cuz all I'm doin is thinkin back and SPEAKIN MY MIND
And just SPEAKIN OF TIMES that my FATHER WASN'T THERE
And how I realized that my FATHER DOESN'T CARE
From him, I've never even GOTTEN A CHRISTMAS PRESENT
Therefore, my feelings are too ROTTEN TO MISS HIS PRESENCE
Don't feel sorry for me...I'm used to him BE-IN ABSENT
I'm thinkin back 5 years ago...I ain't SEEN HIS ASS SINCE
Since he ain't RIGHTIN HIS WRONGS I'm right here WRITIN THIS SONG
And usin my pen as a sword cuz I'm a TITAN THAT'S STRONG
But I'm bout to LOSE MY COOL and just be RUDE N CRUEL
Cuz he's feedin my flames -n- fire wit a FUSE -N- FUEL
Attend his FUNERAL??? Naw...I hope HE'LL EXPECT IT
Cuz I wanna show him how it feels...to FEEL NEGLECTED!!!

  2. My father peaced out before I was born, moved to Florida and started a new family and never looked back.

  4. +rep man. seriously. wonderful and amazing poem. not the lightest of notes, but sometimes the darker poems capture our feelings better.

  6. I have 2 friends that just did the same mistake.. they have a kid, barely talk to their baby's mommas, are after other girls, and the child is going to remain fatherless probably after a while.

    Innocent Criminal-Pat's Justice
they say the 60's was crazy, but the 80's was worse.
crack fucked blacks and gave birth to a curse.
the moon's bright the sky's misty.
know my future cuz i know my history.
my life predicted by a gypsy.
'murder she wrote' is the end of the story the streets get me.
thats why i live quickly and always keep a pistol with me.
ghetto prisoner: wont stop fighting until im free.
raised in a city of fallen angels where *****s aint scared to bleed.
if money's the root of all evil, then green's the seed.
this aint living, we taking cuz aint nobody giving.
    america's a rich man's vision but a poor man's prison.
so dont expect these politicians to give us a pot to piss in.
preacher man stop preching cuz *****s aint finna listen.
folks done lost hope and stopped trying.
life's a bitch from the start, thats why you come out yo momma crying.
the worlds dying and the people have gone mad.
i think it'll shit on the white house and wipe my ass with the flag.
    when will the evil end?
too many browns and blacks in the system; victims of legal sin.
in court praying for mercy when condemned by evil men.
aint no love in the heart of the city.
if its a god where is he? my homies dying over 100's and 50's.
i sit back, sip yack, and analyze the situation.
aint a person alive today to knowing the monster we facing.
they crusified jesus christ, sold marcus garvey for rice, shot malcoml x in the chest and gave nelson mandela life.
Pac died at 25, Bigge died a year younger.
all my life been broke, im motivated by my hunger.
'til my momma bury me with a .357, just in case God trippin and i dont get into heaven.
if he send me to hell oh well cuz i just did 19 years in the ghetto as a black male and it dont get much harder than that.
had alot of pain in my heart, thats why i started to rap.
them other brother's will make you dance but Justice will make you think (THANK).
you saving up for a Bentley, im saving up for a tank.
thats just the mindset of a soldier. shit is crazy, huh?
this is what i see: we are no longer slaves but we sure aint free.
so until i aint gotta kill and steal from my own folks: tattooed across my sould are these words i just spoke.

  13. sounds like a tupac song :p.

  14. lol really

  15. The pain that comes through your words is amazingly intense bro. I can feel your pain and the emptiness between all the questions. Even so, it's obviously being channeled creatively and though the scales of cosmic justice seem oddly off balance your true expression of feeling comes along and tips them back again.

Keep expressing your feelings Popsson, because one day you'll find an answer you can live with.

"Adversity introduces a man to himself."

    Stay green.

  16. thanks for all the replies.

  17. not trying to be a dick or unsensitive, but shit like this really reminds me how thankful i am for having a great dad

  18. No need to apologize, just realize that not everyone had the opportunity that you had. That's how the world works, sometimes one side is dark while the other is light. Popsson has found an outlet to express his pain and personally I think that's awesome. Great creativity can come from pain, trust me, I know. It would be idyllic if all of us were raised correctly, but it wouldn't represent the truth of life. Some of us have to struggle to get to where we wish to be and that's just the plain fucking truth of life.
