Seems to me that if DC has legalized it, then by default, it should be legal in all states. DC is the nation's capital, the location where all laws are created and defined, and now they can all do it while legally high.
since D.C. isn't a state, it can be over ruled. Also it isn't legalization, you may have 6 plants and 2 ounces, it's not legally sold.
It's called "grow and give" You can grow certain amount and allowed to give away, not sell, what you don't smoke....sounds pretty fucking legal to me.

Lol they try to make it seem like it's not legal when it is. As soon as you allow people to "grow and give" it should be legal. Simple as that. Also, 2 more became legalized.. Oregon and Alaska.
DC ain't a state yet you mean! Home rule baby now!!! Taxation without representation. Un-American And Congress wont do anything. They only step in when DC tries to hand out birth control with tax dollars. The city would burn down if they did. Plus Paul who heads the subcommittee already said it should be left up to us to decide for ourselves.
Sorry but all laws aren't made in DC. Only DC laws and Federal laws. States have individual rights to create their own laws.
So could I, but adding this to the states of true legalization is false, keep it under the title decriminalized.
