Damaged plant need opinions

    So I got these 2 led bulbs that fell and one of them cooked one of my 3 week old plants. it's been 2 days and it's still alive, slowly starting to grow again but I guess my question is how long do you think this would be stunted and if I should toss it or not? Thanks. The damaged one is the the closest to the camera.

    Ive burnt some tops in floweing there ok still a lil brown in couple spots but it will be fine just a little stress. Try not to stress them out too much .
