Daily Toker for 5 years. NO Apetite/bad mood

  1. 8G's a day is fucking overkill man.. you dont even need half that to stay lifted the entire day.
     
  2. Lol literally thats a genuine lol because i have never heard of this? go all day without eating? dry heave when you smoke? sounds like your either the closest thing to immortal or you severly out of shape.

  6. Yeah today i had one sesh in the a.m. Now waiting for my gf to smoke a pinner n thats it. Yeah believe it or not i did smoke 8g a day. I know it sounds fucked. Especially all of u from the usa with high prices for bud. Lets just say in my occupation its not hard to smoke 8g aday...hard not to when its free...lol. Been around massive amounts of kush for the past 3-4 years so developed bad smoking habits. Thanks again for the support everyone !

    Sounds like something other than the usual withdrawal is going on here. In no way should weed or lack thereof make you feel this way. You should be mindful of your diet. If you are not hungry then don't eat, your body won't allow itself to starve so eventually you will feel hungry, don't force it upon yourself. good diet+exercise+good sleep=happy person. And if you are honestly smoking 8 grams a day by yourself, I would definitely tone it back. That's a lot of fucking smoke to put though your body in one day.

    Also for starters if I were you I'd megadose on the Omega-3's for a week or two. Like 5-10grams of fish oil concentrate everyday.
     
  8. So how do you afford to smoke 2 oz a week? That's what it comes out to 7x8=56 Now that I think about, I highly doubt you smoke 8 g a day unless its all blunts. When I was smoking 2 g a day I was smoking about 4-6 times a day (around .3-.5 per bowl pack)

    when I had to quit for a probation drug test the first couple days were the worst. I had no appetite at all, had insomnia for a few days and had a short temper, but after the first week was over I actually felt great. My appetite came back and I started to fall asleep again. It just takes some time for your brain and body to get back on track after you quit because its so used to the same feeling everyday that casues munchies and makes you sleepy, so once you quit all of a sudden, the munchies&sleepy affect gets reversed and you are not hungry or tired at all since your not high since your brains used to ONLY being high, considering youve been tokingdaily for 5 years??? I'd say take a good month off, Itll feel good man.

    Edit: Actually the past couple morning Ive had NO appetite unless I wake n bake, this morning I actually got really nauseus because I stopped waking and baking last weekend. Im probly going on a tolerance break until 4/20 now that the ideas in my head....If I actually commit to the break Im going to get FUCKED UP on 4/20:hippie:
     
  10. do you by any chance smoke at night and get hardcore munchies? if so, you are waking up on a partially full stomach. hence your lack of appetite in the morning. now, if ur used to eating alot baked just for the hell of it, you could subconsciously be thinking "its not part of the munchies, so i dont wanna eat".

    as for the bad mood, you are used to being high. that is how you feel good. it floods your brain with seratonin and dopamine and other things. smoking alot makes it harder to access those chemicals naturally. your body becomes accostomed to getting high before it releases those chemicals.

    my reccomendation is to cut down. i was in your exact position for a long time. i had to slowly cut down until i was only smoking a couple times a week. i dont mean a couple days either. i literally mean a couple times. like, maybe two or three sessions every week. it sounds scary i know, but you will be happier. i didnt realize what that excessive amount of pot was doing to me until i stopped smoking so much. now im happier, more alert, more curious, more creative, more passionate, more of everything good.
     
  11. I do what you just described with the munchies that makes SO MUCH SENSE. Last night I went to mcdonalds and made myself a McGangBang....A mcchicken inside a Mcdouble...or the other way around idk but its great if your really baked.

    Same shit happened to me the first two-three years I smoked

    You gotta start waking up at a decent time
    Stop eating massive quantities of munchies at night
    Don't let bud keep you in bed til noon every day
    Start running or working out (lifting)


    And start forcing food down your throat, even if your not hungry. Try oatmeal. I beat these problems with oatmeal and a change in diet. Once you start eating when you wake up, after a week or two your body will expect to be fed upon waking up, and you will have hunger pangs in your stomach that will make you want to eat. I was forcing oatmeal down even as gagging for a few days, but you gotta do what you gotta do
