Curing ??????

    Ive had my buds in jars for bout 2 weeks now and the hay like smell has not gone away and they dont have that dank smell theh had while growing any input would be great

    did you let them air dry for 5 days before you put them in jars?

    Isn't 5 days hang dry to long..I hang in dark cool place for 3 days tops..than jar it

    I hang dried them till stens cracked theb jared them was opening every day untillvi quit feeling moisture in jar and now its every other day

    Once they have been sealed up for a few days running and they still feel dry it's fully dry and need sealing up for a further couple of weeks before the flavour starts to change. Leaving for a few months really makes a difference

    Same here just opened all jars and let breath for 6 hours and closed up. I've had mine in jars 2 months . Smokes good . Don't know what to think about hay smell.
