So I have jars form my first grow as old as 5 weeks, I believe I made a mistake in using bovida 62% packs during the curing process. as a result the 62% humidity packages smell dank as shit but my buds have little smell. Anyone ever have the experience of himidity packages removing the smell form their buds? I went through a fairly common drying and curing process using a RH gage in each jar. Since removing the packages a week or two ago I have noticed a slight improvement?
It is generally recommended to dry your buds more than you normally would before curing with boveda packs. It's better if your buds absorb some of the humidity from the packs rather than the other way around. I absolutely love their product and wouldn't cure without it, but it does require a little different approach to curing than normal.
