i did the brown bag for like a week, then yesterdasy i did the jar, but when i looked at them today they were a little damp again, so i pulled them and brown bagged them again... im thinking they werent dry enough when i jar'd them? i figured i would make sure they were completly dry this time, then throw them back in the jar? any thoughts?
Time will tell. Let them slowly dry out and then finally when they are completely dry, cure them for at least a month.
