    In North Carolina what are the penalties for growing one plant in your house?

    It's legal if you have a prescription from you doctor in California. Check norml.org for laws in your state.

    ^^^Its actually norml.org , I looked at just about every state and I think some states are fucking harsh!! Rhode Island is horrible and the worst part about it is that they just became the 11th state to leagalize MMJ! I think for the best states with easiest laws are Cali, and Maine from what I saw.
