A Pocatello man who had more than a thousand pot plants growing in his house will face up to 20 years in prison if convicted on new federal charges. Officials say 30-year-old Cord Wilkey initially was arrested last week after police raided his house and found the basement filled with marijuana plants. Wilkey was indicted by a federal grand jury this week for allegedly manufacturing a controlled substance and for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He's being held at the Bannock County Jail in Pocatello
