it was during the summer and my town was having cruise night, when everyone parks thier nice cars along the main road through town and everyone goes up there to party and what not, anyway..me and some friends were sittin along side a somewhat secluded street and since all the cops are busy up at cruise night we were free to smoke a bowl right there, when suddenly a man with gallagher like hair and mustache comes riding his bike around the corner and just startes yelling "Marijuana!..marijuana!..(crazy man laugh)..Highschool kids gone wild!..(laugh)" he then grabbed a bunch of leaves hanging from a tree and threw them into the air as he rode off into the distance. everybody just looked at each other confused and started laughing
