    If you know anyone who gets readers digest, theres a coupon in the last one for harbor freight, it's a free led flashlight, no purchase required.

    Someone still had to purchase it. Just because YOU aren't the one paying for it doesn't mean someone else didn't.

    Besides, I was only being facetious.

    And anyways, Harbor Freight paid to put the ad in the magazine, to give away flashlights. Must be willing to get rid of a lot of flashlights

    i took octobers issue from work. is it in that issue?? :)

    If I gave away cheap cookies people might buy milk to go with it. There are always expenses in a company, if those expenses bring in people to buy more items then it's worth it. Think of it like free samples at a grocery store. They give you something small in hopes that you will buy more.
