I want to run coco with dry amendments. No liquid ferts at all. Do I've been researching and watching "mr canuck " on YouTube. His method is identical almost. His method calls for -1x 50l bag of coco + perlite -40x tablespoons of 4-4-4 all purpose dry amendment -12x tablespoons of 2-8-4 flowering dry amendment After he amends his soil with these two things, he just simply waters when nessesary with a proper PH until week 5, where he top feeds 1 time and then water only until the end. Can I mimick his method with "down to earth" dry amendments, but also add in some extra stuff? Like worm castings, bat guano, and azomite rock dust? Or should I just use the 4-4-4 and 4-8-4 by itself like he does? Seems to me like amending the soil with the dry amendments + worm castings, bat guano, and azomite dust would make it much better.... but just want to clarify first.
