    Seasoned toker from Manhattan, New York...Any one here from Costa Rica? I'm going to San Jose in a week and have decided not to ship anything to me. As such any San Jose-ans willing to help me navigate the scene down there?

    I'll bring some real cool NYC stuff or we can have a drink somewhere. Who knows, but i'm 23 and not a tool.
