I've heard so many stories about cops threatening to "get the dogs". Is this just an empty threat most officers use, or do they actually bring them? It must be a hassle to transport them around, and how many dogs would most small towns have?
if you get rolled up on by more than 3 cars, likely at least 1 has a K9. Past general rules of thumb, it is pretty impossible to tell specifically with any amount of empirical data.
