1. I've heard the if grown/nurtured properly, "reggie" seeds can produce "loud" buds. 2. Is there a genetic difference between "reggie" & loud or is reggie simply grown shitty and loud is grown with more expertise. 3. If the terminology doesn't make sense to you don't worry.

Yeah man it's mostly in the care you give the plant. But genetics play a role also, Like taste and potency and kwowing the grow charactoristics of that strain from grows done from it. How tall it gets and how it responds to different grw techniqes are great things to know to maximize your plants potential.
Its both, but without good genetics its a losing battle. Brick will never be top shelf. You can grow it much better than what it came from, yes. But is it gonna lab test at over 25% thc? Lol, definitely not. So the short answet is so, shit weed is never going to be as good as weed that didnt start out as shit.
