I just remembered,I have a 5 gal pail with comfrey leaves and water. It's been outside since Sept? It's frozen now,is it still usable?¹
You could bring it in the house to thaw out. But, the wife may throw you out if you do. I strained my through a 5 gallon paint straining bag and put it into recycled ocean spray 3 liter plastic bottles. I've been using mine to lower my tap water pH. So only 3 ounces per gallon of tap water. It hasn't raised any concerns from the girlfriend in those low doses. Mine is a mix of comfrey and nettles though. Mine has a pH of around 4.2.
