When your adding water to dehydrated coir bricks to hydrate it do you add any nutes to the coir and perlite mix? Or wait a few weeks till seedlings bigger?
I use plain water pH'd to 6.0 to hydrate the bricks, then I soak the coco overnight in a weak (1/4 strength) nute solution that includes calmag - pH'd to 6.0. I start in 1ltr airpots or solo cups with a 70/30 coco/perlite mix and feed daily from sprout. Never use plain water in coco. Good luck with your grow.
