Been reading that excess co2 can reduce the ethylene production and could possibly make it longer for the plant to ripen. Has anyone done test with running co2 till the end or say cutting it off a week or two before harvest?
I can't tell you if a test like that has been done or not, but most of us running CO2 will run it to harvest day.
