  1. for my most recent grow i started using yeast and sugar mixed with water in a 5 gallong bucket for a co2 boost...its workin great besides the fact that it runs out in about 2 days n im pretty sure most of it is getting wasted and i dont have an air lock or some kind of vaulve system...besides that the plants are growing much more rapidly but i was wondering of how to make my methods more effcetive...any suggestions?

  2. If it's out in 2 days, you don't have enough sugar.  It should last around 2 weeks if your mix is right.  You could also use champagne yeast which will tolerate the alcohol level better to get you to around 3 weeks.  Definitely seal your container and use air tubing (preferably C02 proof) to deliver it to the plants.
