I work nightshift with this handicapped guy, you can't tell by looking at him but he's kinda dumb but nice guy. He had a social worker that worked with him for a few months but he's on his own now. I'm his boss to basically but would it be weird to ask him if he tokes? he's older then me and has kids.
Depends on the personal relationship. If you ever had a few beers with him after, for sure. If you have not been around him after work I would not. That me and i like to keep my private shit private.
It really depends on the relationship that you have with him and the job itself. If it's some bullshit job (we all have one at one point in our lives) then ask him. If you're serious about staying, then don't say anything.
