    Don't quote me on this but I believe that it's referring to the high grade cannabis that comes from Dispensary's(clubs) in states where it's legal. It could probably also just mean high grade weed that DIDN'T come from the dispensary(some people like to change the meaning of words lol).

    club weed does come from dispenseries but where i live people sometimes say i got that club quality shit and thats just bomb weed
