  1. first time cloning problems
<HR style="COLOR: #ecfcb2" SIZE=1>hi guys this is the first time i have had a go at cloning and it dosent look good? i have had my plants in veg for 8 weeks all are healthy and are 20inchs so i took some clones 24hrs a go following all instructions on the web all mesure between 3 and 5inchs cut at 45degrees angle whith steriel razor blade diped straight away into clonex rooting gel then put straight into a heated prop dome which is air tight and lightly misted but all but a few have wilted nearly flat what did i do wrong because i cant see them bouncing back or am i just panicing :confused::eek:

  2. I only use heat pads in cold weather, and if my area is cold.

I use the 8 inch domes but i don't worry much about the seal being 100% air tight- I just put the dome on a fitted tray, theres still very small gaps.

I use gels and insert cuttings int rockwool that been soaked over night in 5.5 ph water to "cure"

There is usually a slight wilt for a few days but not drastic droop.

    Good Luck. :D
