clones for donations legal?

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by uberpooner, May 27, 2009.

  1. Hey guys, a club opened up recently and were giving 10$ donations for clones. Under prop 215, any form of trading is illegal. Is that safe? What do you guys think about it?

After thinking about it, isn't it just as illegal to donate and receive meds from dispensaries? Though does still sound risky?

    -any opinions?

  3. ok i dont know how much you know about clubs but

how do you think they get weed into the club in the first place?

with this donation stuff, its crap just another word. clubs buy from people, their "excess". then mark it up and sell it to the masses. under this facade you will learn that they are just simple, regular buisnesses. they just operate on the fringe of the law.

so to answer your question, no its not legal, but fuck man help em out, if you want to help out mmj, clubs everywhere need to flourish.

  4. Is it just as illegal to sell clones to them than it is to buy bud from them?
