Clone issue

  1. Hey everyone, first time post but long time reader, hoping to get some advice on my first ever grow.

So my question is in relation to the clones Ive got going right now. They all look moderately healthy, but Im not exactly convinced they'll survive. I have an aeroponic setup for my flowering, so they are currently growing in 4" rockwool cubes after rooting in the 1/4"ers. I have them in a humidity dome underneath a 400w MH light, which is about 12 inches off the top of the humidity box. Now Ive read that optimal conditions for clones are 100% humidity and 70 degrees, but I cant seem to achieve this balance. As of right now the best I can hope for is 85% humidity, while the temp hovers around 80. Is there something Im not doing right? Any help would be appreciated, thanks a lot!

  2. i also read somewere clones dont like too much light.....

  3. Nope, all sounds good to me. Now you just gotta be patient and wait for them root.

  4. Did you give them about 12 - 24 hours of dark initially? That aids in root development.
