As of right now, the rules are the same so you can't discuss it. I have been trying for a very long time to loosen up two specific rules and have been told every time that due to legal reasons, we can not loosen them up. However, recently, talks have occurred that indicate there might be a possibility. Until that possibility becomes reality, the rules stay the same for now. Thanks for understanding.
