    Will cleaning my bubbler with red wine and salt clean it?

    just use rubbing alcohol and salt

    Not very well! Wine doesn't have enough alcohol in it to be effective. Even 40% vodka is a bit weak for cleaning or making tinctures. I use Everclear.
