  1. okay if you unwrapp any cigar will there be that blunt paper under or not
    cause i got this cigar and it is flaky and stuff

  6. You can't roll blunts with those cigars, get a dutch.
     
  7. You can't use "actual" cigars that are actually quality tobacco, because they are rolled in layers of leaves, so they don't contain that inner wrap. Pretty much any cigar bought at a gas station will have that inner wrap.
