   I've been smoking for 5 years now,but never really paid attention to the art of growing. What do I need do to ensure my plants keep getting better? As cheep as possible if I can!

   I guess it really depends upon what your doing now to your plants?
   But if you just want to spruce them up for xmas?....then maybe some tinsel? flashing lights?
