Chin up bar

    You can buy a chin up bar just abt anywhere these days... Sport Mart, Target, Walmart... I've even seen them at Walgreens and CVS

    Has anyone used a doorframe chin up bar, do they work as good as the look like they do? Or will the doorframe get completely destroyed?Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum mobile app

    Nope, i had a chin up bar since i was about 11 and never took it off the door frame. Still works like the day i bought it

    I use the iron gym bar. I got it at academy for about $30 bucks. Works great had it for 3 years
