Chest pains?

    Hi guys! First time poster! So. My friend gave me a bud of some beautiful weed. But it looked different to me. Just the texture of it. And it smelled like straight pine. As I smoked it I noticed my chest hurt every time I inhaled. Also, the pain during inhaling continued for like a day and a half. I haven't smoked anymore of it cuz I'm scared. This ever happen to anyone else?
