I'm planning on growing with CFLs and upon reading tons of guides on them, I'm a bit confused. So it's softlights for veg and daylights for flower? But what about full spectrum CFLs, can you just use those? Or can you mix 'n match softlights/daylights? And how much is enough for 4 plants? I heard 100w for one plant, and then every other one add another 30-50...is that correct? So 4 plants would be 250 watts? If I bought 2 six-packs of 26w softs, so 312w...would it still be okay? Is there such thing as over-heating? Thanks
