Can you be more specific? What in particular do you need help with? Just lighting? IMO T5's are only good for veg.

the T5 like I said is really only good for veg because of the light spectrum (blue) is good for vegging growth. However you could get some 2700k T5 bulbs for flowering and it should help. How many bulbs do you have and how many watts are they?
That's not bad. the thing about T5's is that the penetration from the light to the lower plant is always lacking. If your going to stick with T5's I would have 4 on top about 4 inches away from the top and, if space permits, have 4 bulbs vertically to give side lighting. This would involve getting an individual reflector for these and could be costly. Otherwise if you cold get a drop cord and or clip some spiral cfl bulbs to get side lighting would be better.
