When I did strictly CFL my first month and a half on my first plant I used close to 300watts per plant with a mix of 23 and 43 watt bulbs and splitters.... I'd recommend just getting an LED that's moderately priced.
Who told you cfls are one of the best lights for growing? If you ask me they are the wost... Before you waste money on cfls... Connections...reflectors just to get low yeild and less quality buds Why dont you just get a 250w hps/mh? I pulled 6 oz off 2 planta with one 250w and it was my firat grow.
