I read all about this. It should be on all android phones.

I'm talking about Carrier IQ. I have it on mine, but I couldn't delete it.

    This is not good.

We at GC right now should put our heads together and figure out how to get it off. Perhaps by jail breaking it? Maybe a person experienced in that shit could help.

If you have an android phone, go to settings and look at your currently running processes. It should be there.

I know it can be deleted.

    But how?

    Someone help.

Edit - go to RUNNING SERVICES, click ALL, and it's called ".com.carrieriq.iqagent".

  7. Don't have it on mine :confused_2:

  8. civil war here we come...............

    time to leave the country.......

  9. I don't have it on mine either. I have a samsung galaxy s.

  10. No fuck that, WAR.

Those cunts in office seem to love war, I say the people give 'em one.

    Are iPhone users safe?

  11. What really bites is that my dad escape communism and came to this country for his kids to have a better life and future.

Now it looks like we're going to have to escape here too. -___- the fuck

Anyone else notice how progressively worse shit has gotten just in the past few months? National Defense act or w/e and now this.

  12. THEY CAN SEE WHEN WE TEXT OUR DEALERS :(

    And when we call strippers.

  13. I don't think apple has it on their iPhones. They could have something else for all we know.

  14. Home of the watched and the enslaved.

When are the people going to say enough is enough?

  15. When it affects them directly.

  16. It isn't in human nature to be oppressed. Especially in the spirit of being American. Pride and freedom and all that shit.

People will fight. Blood will be shed and a revolutionary war will ensue. We outnumber the government so I'd say we have a chance.

  17. I don't have a cell phone. Suck on that Uncle Sam.

Not trying to start something, but your dad didn't escape communism; he escaped a government that called itself 'communist' or 'socialist', which was a lie to gain the support of the people and had no relation to communist theory. Anything Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Mao, Hoxha, Ho Chi Minh, Kim, etc have written is absolute trash and shouldn't even be considered 'communist' theory. They were criminals who wanted power and control.

Sorry, it's just a huge pet peeve of mine.

    iPhones have it

Android users can delete it if their phone is rooted. Or they could root the phone, back up their data, install Cyanogenmod (custom firmware, if it's available for their specific phone), and never worry about it ever again.

Hermann Göring: Why, of course, the people don't want war. Why would some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best that he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece. Naturally, the common people don't want war; neither in Russia nor in England nor in America, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or a fascist dictatorship or a Parliament or a Communist dictatorship.

Gustave Gilbert: There is one difference. In a democracy, the people have some say in the matter through their elected representatives, and in the United States only Congress can declare wars.

Hermann Göring: Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.

In other words, KentuckyKush: don't underestimate the power of propaganda and the desire to maintain the status quo
