Question: In Pennsylvania, If there is a shady camera video of you purchasing something in a plastic baggy in a parking lot, is it possible for you to get arrested for possession?? And what about if a police officer saw the sale, but didn't directly see what was sold??
I wouldn't worry about it... they would have to know what it was and be able to prove it... for all they know it was a bag of high grade Skittles...
Thats why I always wear a ski mask when picking up. Kinda awkward at first but people get used to it.
