So after reading a lot about credit card fraud and having their numbers stolen from third party processors for seedbanks, I am leaning more towards sending cash? Who will take cash from the US? I know attitude was originally who I was thinking about but there is questionable practices apparently about them "receiving" cash. I have never sent cash overseas, so what is the BEST way to do so? Registered mail or something like that?? Thanks
