Hello - Newbie here! I bought a Jupiter Vape pen at one dispensary and a cartridge to go with it. It works fine. At another dispensary I bought a different cartridge - the name on it is Riptide. It doesn't work with the Jupiter pen. I'm trying to figure out if it's the cartridge or if the pen is just not compatible. I was under the impression from the first dispensary that the pen would work with any cartridge. Gigi
