i am going by mi . No ca. In mi You fill out the info to be a caregive through the state . Then you download a form then have the person that your growing for the patient fill it out . Give it back to the state. All the way to the max allowed patients your allowed . Its very easy to do so. Then depending on your state your allowed to donate what mi calls overages to the patient . Donate sure . lol . Grey area sure you have to set a suggest amount to cover the electric bill so on. But its called donate . Talk to your lawyer
